All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Home 1st Real Estate, LLC maintains its website as a service to the internet community. Access to and use of home1st.realestate is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Home 1st Real Estate, LLC may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

SMS: Our Appointment Reminder & Confirmation Texts program provides users with timely reminders and confirmations for their scheduled appointments. You can expect to receive messages reminding you of upcoming appointments and allowing you to confirm your attendance. You can also expect to receive occasional marketing messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Any outstanding invoices will be processed through Home 1st Real Estate, LLC's Accounting department.
